Returns: Failure to follow the return policy may delay processing your return request or void refunds all together.
All products returned for ANY reason MUST have an RMA number: Please call 800-916-0787 or email: service@anythingdisplay.com. A customer service representative will assist you and provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number and a return shipping label. We will do our best to resolve returns as quickly as possible.
Return - Cancellation Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any purchased item in its original condition and packaging within 5 days. All products returned for ANY reason MUST have an RMA number. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all non custom* order items returned. NO REFUNDS are offered on printed banners or used merchandise. Customers are responsible for returning the item in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Please properly package and insure the item(s), so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping. Claims cannot be made on items not properly and securely packaged. Goods are to be returned, freight prepaid, along with a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. The 5 day time frame begins when you receive your order. After 5 days, NO REFUNDS are issued. Returns must be postmarked or shipped back to us NO LATER than the 5th day from the date you received your product(s).*NO REFUNDS are offered on printed banners or used merchandise. Custom orders required a minimum 50% deposit which is NON-REFUNDABLE after production has begun. Prepaid custom orders will receive a 50% return if the order is cancelled before shipping. Returning custom orders ... customer is responsible for returning the item in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition within 5 days. Be sure to properly package and insure the item(s) so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping; claims cannot be made on items not properly and securely packaged. Goods are to be returned, freight prepaid, along with a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return. The 5 day time frame begins when you receive your order. Returns must be postmarked or shipped back to us no later than on the 5th day from the date of you received your product(s). After 5 days, NO REFUNDS are issued. NO REFUND is issued for damaged or used merchandise returns.
Guarantees:
All items are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects when received. If the product you purchased is damaged, defective or items are missing, we will fix or replace at our cost. You may be required to show photos of broken pieces so appropriate replacement parts can be shipped out. We will pay for return shipping and replacement shipping for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date. You will need to communicate with Anything Display for the proper method in handling the exchange/return.
All items are also guaranteed by the manufacturer. Specific warranty periods vary by manufacturer and items purchased. The warranty period varies from 30 days to one year.
